Who do you Coach?
I coach athletes from the 5k to marathon. I also offer strength training and stretching guidance within your program. If you are an athlete looking to compete an ultramarathon or triathlon, I'll point you to a coach who fits your needs.

Are you coaching in person right now?
At this point, I am currently coaching clients in a virtual capacity. If you are looking for an in-person coach, I will be happy to refer you to a local coach who can meet your personal needs.

How do you create my training plan?
With all new athletes, we sit down for a video assessment and go over some forms you have already filled out. In addition to these forms, we will discuss your running background, goals, and any specific challenges you may face. I will ask questions about your current fitness level, previous running experience, preferred distances, and race goals. By gathering this information, I can gain insights into your personal strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement. Once I have a comprehensive understanding of where you are as a runner, I can design a personalized training program that addresses your specific needs and helps you achieve your running goals efficiently and safely.
