My story
From once despising running to becoming a devoted enthusiast during the pandemic, I’ve experienced firsthand the transformative power of running. As a physical therapist, I’m acutely aware of how common running-related injuries are — and the toll they can take on your overall well-being. That understanding is exactly what drove me to become a running coach.
I’m genuinely passionate about helping others reach their highest potential. By combining my knowledge as a physical therapist with my love for running, I guide runners safely and effectively toward their goals.
As your coach, my job is to support and inspire you through the whole journey — with tailored training plans, regular communication, and adjustments whenever you need them — so you get the most out of your running while keeping the risk of injury low.
